Whilst it could be argued that AI is 'just another tool', its ubiquity of impact and pace of evolution demand that many impacted organisations have to change to adopt and realise the benefits that AI offers.  Charlie Ewen from the Met Office will talk about how AI affects the work of the Met Office and how they are completely re-thinking the organisation in people, process and technology terms to be more customer-driven, agile and innovative.  A case study in how a 'traditional' organisation is meeting the challenge to scale for AI.
