This session introduces a new framework for LLM fine-tuning, deployment, and medical information extraction that is being scaled across the NHS to multiple hospitals and tens of millions of unstructured documents. The ability to extract detailed patient profiles, event timelines, and clinical findings at massive scale will unlock significant value from NHS data: for care improvement, clinical trial recruitment, real-world evidence research, and medical foundation models.
