1. Respect & Inclusion
1.1 Speakers shall treat all participants, including attendees and event staff, with respect and

2. Content Appropriateness
2.1 Speakers should ensure that their content aligns with the event's theme, objectives, and intended audience.
2.2 Speakers shall refrain from using offensive or discriminatory language and avoid topics that may be considered inappropriate or offensive.
3. Preparedness & Reimbursement Policy
3.1. Speakers should arrive on time and be fully prepared for their presentations, respecting their allocated time for their talk.
3.2. All travel and associated costs must be discussed and agreed in advance of the show.
4. Code of Conduct & Policy Violations
4.1 CloserStill Media reserves the right to refuse undisclosed reimbursements, speakers found to be in violation of this code of conduct may face consequences, including but not limited to, removal from the event, future speaking restrictions, or legal actions if necessary.
