How do I register my team for Exhibitor Badges?

Register your team via the Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone) once your stand is confirmed.

Login details will be emailed to you.

What’s the difference between build-up/breakdown passes and exhibitor badges?

  • Build-Up & Breakdown Passes allow access during stand setup and dismantling.

  • Exhibitor Badges are valid during show open days.

  • Delegate Passes (for conference sessions & exhibition) are free for end-users or may be chargeable for vendors.

Please note: Build-up and breakdown passes are for contractors and stand builders, while exhibitor badges are for staff working on your stand during show days.

Will badge be posted to me?

Exhibitor badges will not be physically mailed out. Your print-at-home PDF badges will be emailed to you two weeks prior to the show. You can also collect badges on-site during the second day of build-up (3rd March) or from the registration area during the official show dates.

How do I invite my clients or prospects?

You’ll receive a personalised registration link and ready-made promotional materials to invite your network (available via the Media Kit in the E-Zone from December 2025.)

Will there be an Exhibitor Drinks Reception?

All exhibitors are invited to our VIP Networking Drinks Reception, held onsite at The Fox @ Excel London, located just next to the venue at Warehouse K, 2 Western Gateway, London E16 1DR.

Join us from 5pm on Wednesday 4th March 2026 for an evening of networking, drinks and entertainment. You can gain access with your Exhibitor Badge.

Do we sell our data to third parties?

No — Tech Show London and CloserStill Media do not sell exhibitor or visitor data to third parties. Any emails offering attendee lists or data for sale are fraudulent. If you receive one, please ignore it and forward the message to techshowlondon@closerstillmedia.com so we can report it.

OPERATIONS

Where can I order furniture, power, and AV equipment?

These can be ordered via the Exhibitor Technical Manual (available from December 2025), accessible through your (E-Zone) dashboard.

What should I wear during build-up and breakdown?

Build-up areas are classed as construction zones. Please wear high-vis vests, closed-toe shoes (preferably safety boots), and long trousers. Flip-flops or open footwear are not permitted.

How do I register contractors or stand builders?

All stand contractors and anyone involved in build-up or breakdown must complete the Contractor Registration Form before arriving onsite.

Once registered, each contractor will receive a confirmation email, which can be printed or shown on a mobile device upon arrival. This confirmation must then be exchanged for a build-up/breakdown wristband with venue security at the access points.

Please note that this process is separate from the Exhibitor Registration Form used for exhibitor staff badges.

Can I change my shell scheme carpet or wall panels?

Yes – this can be arranged through the official contractor (details provided in your Exhibitor Technical Manual - available from December 2025).

Is Wi-Fi provided?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the halls. Wired connections can be ordered for guaranteed bandwidth.

Where can I find delivery information?

All delivery, loading bay, and courier instructions can be found in the Venue & Deliveries section of your Exhibitor Technical Manual (available from December 2025).
